I was eating lunch with my uncle today when he began to have a stroke. His speech became slurred, his left side locked up, & he started slumping in his chair. I called 9-1-1 and the EMT’s were onsite in 12min .... which is amazing because my mom’s house is 8mi outside the city limits. This is his 2nd stroke in the last 9weeks and he could definitely use a good break. 55yrs old and never had a health problem other than a chainsaw to the kneecap 20yrs ago. Life comes at you fast.
