I can’t remember who was talking about hustlers.......... but naw they ain’t gonna hustle PGA players. Those guys would be bored while shooting about 58 or so on most courses I’ve played in Alabama.
After reading this thread........ I caught one really good this evening and paced it off at 266. That’s mashed for me. I envy you guys that hit it 300+ Every time. If I could do that and had a wedge into every green i think I could be a scratch golfer on these local courses
That’s the true difference between tour players and the amateurs. They have the complete game day in day out where as we all struggle to hit the driver, long irons, short irons and make putts when needed.
A long ball hitter is not necessary but on a few PGA Tour courses. If it was Tom Watson, Gary Player and whole host of others would’ve never won on tour.
