It’s a black suburban. It’s obviously a flaw in that year model.
It's not a flaw. It was GMs experiment with environmentally friendly primer. And it affects several year models. My 99 Tahoe has very little paint left on the hood and roof.
On another note, I believe honesty is the best policy. I wouldn't slap a cheap paint job on a truck and hope to screw some poor fool. I would either paint it right, or sell it like it is.
