Everyone exaggerates how far they hit the golf ball by about 20%
After reading this thread, that might be a low estimate.
If I hit a 260 yard drive in the fairway I’m tickled pink.
I have nothing to gain by lying.....to me, a "good day on the course" is if I can break 100.
Me too Gomer (nothing to gain). My good day on the course is anything below 75. I’ve got the handicap to back it up to. It just amazes me that some people talk without knowing what they are talking about. Go watch a round of golf a local good course with some “A” players and the naysayers would be shocked lol. I’m a 6 handicap and nowhere near an “A” player at my course.
