Well here is what I will be shooting for next season. I picked it up about 2 weeks ago and it is SWEET!  2009 Hoyt Alphamax 32 - Black Out Trophy Taker Extreme Rest Fuse Stabalizer Trophy Ridge Alpha V3 sight Easton Flatliner 400 arrows Right now it is shooting 313 at 67 lbs.

Great choice. I got my AlphaMax last Nov. It is a super sweet bow!

Draw length is 29.5" and I will have to weigh the arrows tonight.

Yes I was.
My draw is 28 and my arrow weights 401 grains. Mine is shooting 275 at 70 lbs. Still the fastest hunting setup I have ever had.

I'll get the weight tonight. My plan was to shoot an Easton FMJ arrow, but there were none in the store. After that we decided to set the bow up for speed and went with a lighter arrow.

What makes you think the arrow is underspined and what does that mean or affect?

Further, it is almost impossible to get fixed broadheads to hit with field points out of a bow shooting under or overspined arrows. The type/brand of arrow you are shooting will be just fine, you just need the .340 version of it instead of the weaker spined .400 version. Best I can tell, you're pretty bad underspined due to your long draw length, you're shooting a quick 2-cam bow, etc.

Thats a sweet looking bow. I myself would go for the stiffer arrow. I would rather have a stiffer heavier arrow any day in the woods. I have seen a arrow break when it hit a shoulder once from a under spined set up. Not saying this will happen and not trying to change your mind. Just my opinion. Good luck with whatever you decide and hope you slay em with it.
