Just run an extension cord from your house to the next door neighbors house. We have a low income household in our neighborhood. Her neighbors left for vacation, but came back 2 days early. Found a extension cord running from their front door outlet across the lawn and into the garage of the house next door. Same with a water hose. Called Madison County sheriff and a deputy came out. They made her remove the cord and hose and then trespassed her off the property. All she could say was the sheriff was called only because she is black and all her neighbors are white.

Friend went out of town for a week and the neighbor on one side said the neighbor on other side built his entire deck running extension cords from his house.

He would have never lived as long as he did were it not for the coated wire the chimp is running on...thats the only reason. Tree wire is coated wire designed to deter faults from falling and or hanging limbs. By default the wire provides some amount of protection..its not meant to be considered as a safety element just more of an economical means of cutting down on trouble calls in wooded areas, or very urban areas where material may be in close proximity to other energised lines...that video obviously is not in america so i havent the slightest clue exactly what that wire is but its coated and it looks like tree wire so i called it tree wire..if the wire was not coated.. He would have got smoked when he first climbed that pole an grabbed a hot wire..zappped..poof...dun..fried chimpy.
