Yes I pay an attorney a retainer every month. He is a good guy. Sue for what? What damages? Lol. Does it matter? You sue to be suing. Makes them change or at a minimum “Dance” as I call it. I don’t need the money. What I need is my 8 year old not to be subjected to that crap.
Not sure you understand there are actually laws that say you can be forced to pay their attorney’s fees when you file a frivolous lawsuit. You have no case.
