Ok guys my wife took my 8 year old son to see the “Secret Life of Pets 2” movie today. Although the movie was rated PG we assumed it would be ok since it was animated. It was not. Before the movie a “commercial” was played for my 8 year old (theater full of tiny kids) for Gay Pride month. / festival. My 8 year old son got to see guys kiss guys and girls kiss girls for the first time. My wife said everyone was uncomfortable as hell in the theater. We live in Alabaster Alabama and this is not supposed to happen here it’s why we chose here to build our home here. This is not ok, we are conservative Christian and I don’t know what to do. The business owner in me says contact the manager and let him explain. Part of me says call my attorney immediately and file suit. My attorney is on retainer so it won’t cost me additional money if that is a concern. Please give me your opinions without committing crimes......

Your not going to win, but waste the time if you want. You have no damages. To win you have to have damages, not hurt feelings?

Yes I pay an attorney a retainer every month. He is a good guy. Sue for what? What damages? Lol. Does it matter? You sue to be suing. Makes them change or at a minimum “Dance” as I call it. I don’t need the money. What I need is my 8 year old not to be subjected to that crap.

They don’t go to school at Alabaster. My school In Alabaster closed this year. It was a Christian school.

That would have ticked me off too. The progressive movement has no moral compass. They want your kids to see it because they’re young and impressionable. That’s how they advance their agenda. Start at a young age and then by the time they’re adults they consider it normal.
I don’t have a good idea of what I’d do in your shoes but I’d dang sure do something. I would start with blasting the theatre owner but I wouldn’t stop there

Not sure you understand there are actually laws that say you can be forced to pay their attorney’s fees when you file a frivolous lawsuit. You have no case. You sue to be suing? Wow, that is the frivolous crap that lead to al the tort reform. Sounds like a democratic whiny snowflake, I didn’t like it so I’m going to pitch a fit attitude.

If you kept your seat and went on and watched the movie then suck it up and go on. If youre serious about standing up for something, you shoulda got up and left and demanded your money back at least, then called and let everybody all the way to the top know you were offended and what they are doing is wrong. Thats what the queers do when they get offended, they jump up and down about it. Not us though, most of the time we just sit and take it, then gripe about it later to a bunch of folks who agree with us. Thats why were getting the crap kicked out of us by a bunch of homos.
