I'm going to pray, but I'm not going to give you false hope. We had a very good friend of ours with almost the exact same set of circumstances. I will tell you two things:
1. She lived a lot longer than we all thought she would and she lived a lot better life than we all thought she would.
2. You are going to need to man up and give her all the love and care and support that you are personally able to do. You are going to have to give a lot.

Usually when someone asks for advice they already know the answer. If you love this woman you need to provide her with comfort and care the remaining days of her life. I can only imagine her main concern is going to be about that child that is now going to have to live without her for the majority of her life so help her find unique ways for her memory to live on. Not sure of the situation with the child's father but be a good father figure when you're around, that will also provide her comfort. Never been through anything like that and I don't envy you brother but seek your strength from the Lord and he will provide.

If you're not all close to our Savior, you will become closer during the following months. Part of my prayer is that you seek his will and lean on the comfort that can only come from him. We don't know what his plan is for her, but even if he calls her home early, rest assured some good will come from it. My sincere prayers for healing and for comfort for all involved. Cancer is a tough foe, but it can be defeated.
