Thoughts on Ardent reels? Buddy of mine just joined their prostaff and can get em at 1/2 off. Thought I might get one just to see if I liked it.

I have two pen fathom reels. One is having drag problems the other locked up solid while reeling in a fish this week. Can't move the handle at all.
I also have a few 5500 and a 6700 that need work done
