I agree with that. I actually looked recently, and a lifetime license grants you lifetime "privileges".
How does that work out for you when you want to duck hunt?
Don't you just have to buy a federal duck stamp if you have a lifetime state license?
Yes, but that's federal, not state. I don't think you'd have to buy a state duck stamp, but I haven't tried to duck hunt Alabama since I left the state.
