I heard on the news it was a young hispanic couple ( possibly Trox ) and they appeared to be arguing and he gunned it, through the red light and over the cliff. Appears to be intentional
Sad situation.
But ain’t no way it was Trox...ever...unless that cliff is between his house and his mailbox.
