Caught my Personal Best Shellcracker this past Sat.
Did not have my camera or scales but had to be over
2lbs. If I would have had a cooler and the taxidermist
been open on Saturdays She would have made the trip.
1st time I've ever regretted putting back a fish.
She was 14 inches long and spawned out. Flat Belly.
Also caught a Redbreast that had to be a solid pound.
Redeyes and Spots were hot too. DANG I love creek fishing!!!
Will have camera, scales and cooler this weekend.

Off the Bank/Rock Hoppin, East Central Part of the state. That’s in my neck of the woods. We have a 10 acre farm pond, for on some good bluegill and shellcracker yesterday afternoon. Yellow bettlespin, was on fire. Congrats on the catch
