Another example of the NWTF map not being spot on is the Osceolla. I have seen birds come out of SC, South GA, LA, MS and extreme Southern Alabama that have the black wing bars and small body characteristics of an Osceolla, but you will never see the NWTF change that range. There is to much money in it for outfitters, landowners, and the state of FL if an Osceolla can only be hunted in FL. Just my opinion of course and I am no biologist.
