Lawyers sue and such under the Sike’s Act for civilians to use the resources. What happens is some instances is everybody loses based on “base security” assessment where they won’t allow hunting. Hell, some places require a background check to hunt.

Its really a no-win in the end for GI’s

One no-win place is McAlester Army Depot where hunting is turned over to the state for an incredible money making piss poor odds draw.
