The information below is all that I found but is you have more information please share as I want to be legal. Would not be moving across county line but from what has been shared so far I will just pop them with .22. Since it is legal to kill them any time of the year do not even have to follow the three S's rule of Shot, Shovel, and Shut-up. Can just kill and bury.

"It is illegal to translocate raccoons in the state of Alabama to a location across county lines or a river drainage because of potential health risk (i.e. rabies)."
