Not sure about any laws. It was in late 90's. And best I can remember, they pumped your gas in all sites.

I'm sure Haji was in bed with the state lawmakers some how.


The last time I was up there for work all stations were full service and they will not allow you to pump your own, I tried. I was told it was the law but never looked it up to verify.
