If you have a “Hog Problem” and don’t want to invest in traps or let someone with dogs hunt their property then they don’t really have a problem.
Or just want to complain yet not take all effective means to remedy the situation. Just like landowners with a "harvest" quota on does, but they won't let anyone hunt and "hate seeing Mama Deer getting killed." Or landowners with coyote problems but they won't contact trappers or hunters for different reasons.
