Well JMO but i do know people transport drugs every day and im sure the amount of money thats involved in high fence hunting, theres some transporting of illegal deer ... I mean if a high fence deer owner can buy a bootleg deer x amount cheaper and sell it to a paying high fence shooter for major profit...Whats to say the bootleg deer has it and spreads it
This is why the punishment for transporting deer across state lines needs to bring a violating deer farmer to his knees and basically, BREAK him financially!!
Why should I, as a hunter in Alabama, risk MY, OUR and YOUR natural resource so some unethical high fence owner can pad his pockets.
Make the punishment NOT WORTH THE RISKS!!!
