Well I’m out on the no drugs and alcohol policy. I was in til then. I was all in until the no turkey hunting part. Wonder who has the turkey rights........ You must not be too familiar with the area. Unless something has changed....it's only a 5 or 6 day season on that side of the county. That being said, turkey rights shouldn't be the deal breaker for you. I am well aware it’s only 5 days of turkey season. As for who has them well that would be me. It’s what I get out of the deal. Whoa....slow down cowboy. Reread who the response was to before you start getting all bent out of shape.
I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!

Fellas I am going to hold up right here and draw a line for time being until I can get everyone’s questions answered and a date set up to look at property.
Any additional interest please leave me a response on the main thread and I will place you in order on a waiting list. I currently have 40+ people interested to fill 8-10 openings.
Those that have received a PM from me requesting contact info. It is now on you to get that to me so we can communicate moving forward. I have a copy of the rules and guidelines of the lease and club that I can send to you.

The BEST rule... NO GUESTS!! That will eliminate some issues from the start. IMO, hunting club land is FOR the "paying members", not the uninvested guests.
