Who all in here is Type 2 and are you actively into a diet that helps? Would you read a book and pass it to others if it were sent to you? I'm not selling anything if that's what y'all are thinking. I ordered 3 copies of a book with intentions of sending 2 copies out and for them to then be sent to other diabetics after they've been read. The name of the book is The End of Diabetes and comes highly recommended by a pharmacist friend of mine. Who is the author? How about a quick summary when you get through reading it The author is Joel Fuhrman and I'll give the Cliff Notes of it after I read it. Hoping to have the books by Friday.
