He looks like same buck to me, but then again body size and antler characteristics can change a lot from year to year. I like the way that rascal is doing the "sneak" in both pics. thumbup

If its not the same year, I change my answer to possibly or likely the same. Little bit of variation in browtines is why id say no, from one year to the next. The deer around here will usually have browtines that stay close to the same shape, width apart, angle and such from year to year. Looks like the same other than that, just a little difference in tine length.
