I agree it's not wise to confront but after all the beer cans, helium balloons tied on trails (like a friggin moron) it has just pissed me off. I found a bag of apple crush with a thermocell wrapper and an empty can of pepsi stuffed in a pile of limbs in November. I've seen this idiot pull up to our gate with a truck load of hunters and turn around and leave when he saw me. Trees have been cut down, barbed wire cut and all kind of stuff. I want to whoop his ass but I know I'd only get in trouble and it's not worth it. I just want him and his buddy to know he is caught and it's only a matter of time before I post his and his buddys pictures on here and call his ass out for being a lifetime poacher. It's been going on for years. We are good people and would rather be neighborly that have a border war but some folks are idiots and have no respect.
We spend thousands of dollars to do what we do. At the end of the day, it hurts my kids and my ability to teach them about hunting and that REALLY pisses me off. They don't have the right to take away my ability to let my kids learn about hunting and for us to enjoy watching deer that haven't been run out of the county because of pressure that shouldn't be there. Don't get me wrong, we kill deer. It's not about that. It's about trashy poachers that have the need to go on other peoples property to kill deer because they can't on their own.
