Someone brought up ignoring members the other day on the football forum, and I kind of got a laugh out of it. I've been around on here for a while but I've never put anyone on ignore. Dont even know how to actually. Do many of yall use this feature?

Funny cause timbercruiser said it. I never have even considered it for anyone nor know how to. I think some folks just too serious. But whatever. I think this place is all for entertainment only. Anything taken seriously is just silly. But I offend some. Oh well

Same here. I’ve had two on ignore. One was booted several years ago. The other just seemed to have a hard on for for being an a$$ to me. If I said the sky was blue he questioned everything about it and was a pure prick. Maybe HE was the one that needed to reevaluate things. Like has been said, this place is for entertainment. Having someone be an a$$ every breath, isn’t entertaining. Did he “get to me”? No, but I still wasn’t going to look at or read his comments. I don’t even know if he’s around anymore either.

Yall do know you can ignore someone without putting them on "ignore" Usually. I had 49er on ignore when he was still a member, for the simple fact his copy and paste would usually take up an entire page and make it impossible to follow a thread.

A I have met a lot of folks from this site. I even consider quite a few of y'all friends...
That said, I try to always treat everyone on here just as I would if I were to meet and interact with them in person. There are a lot of y'all I feel like I could drink a beer or three and enjoy shooting the breeze with and there are others, I'd be cordial with and go on about my way, but don't put much stock in what they post. However, I've never felt the need to ignore anyone, and hope I never do.
If I do, maybe I do need to step away for a little while.
