That’s a disqualifier. Maybe they use some liquid smoke but I have seen the smoke stacks coming from the factory. I don’t think it is just to stay warm.

Probably like the white smoke at The Vatican to let folks know more is ready.  I don't care if they use castor oil, coyote spit, swamp water or virgin oak cut by brand new chainsaws. Whatever they use, it's good.

It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.

I like conecuh but I know where to get better. Monroe Sausage is better. Just need better distribution.
