Jeremy Well I realize that lines up with the time frame and probably plays a big part but I was alluding to that. If you remember a lot of world events happened then that were important as well. Iraq refused weapons inspectors, the World Trade Center bombing, the Rodney King Trial, etc. It just seemed like that was a turning point in our country.
