I was told Conecuh uses liquid smoke, and does not actually smoke the sausage.
That’s a disqualifier. youve lost your damn mind if you don't like conecuh Well I lost mine years ago when we tried it. I'm not much on any store bought sausage but there is way better choices out then conecuh. Every dang store at home has it in it too. Never see anybody buy it but it's there. Yeah, but y'all have boudin, crawfish pistolettes, crawfish pies, etouffee, gumbo and fried chicken at Gabe's in Rayne. Sausage should be way down on your list.
