The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

I did the conversion...it takes 10 inches of snow to equal 1 inch of rain....I say bring it. I'm stocked up on possum and grits and Bourbon and got enough "inside the garage" jobs to keep me occupied for a week easy.
