I really enjoy the commercial with the vehicles under a Honda tarp and the guy is saying which brand is the most reliable. Then they snatch the tarp off and it's a Toyota tarp. Then they snatch it off and it's three Chevy models. Then the guy goes on and says "Based on a "nationwide" survey, Chevy is the most reliable vehicle. I don't know how he can say that with a straight face. With the exception of the truck line, Chevy vehicles have an abhorrent IQS standing in reliability and resale value. Their PPHU (warranty defect per 100 units) is through the roof and most of their plant rankings nationwide fall far below the standard.

The fact of the matter is that GM just sent nearly 15 thousand Americans to the unemployment line and are closing 5 US plants. Of course the have doubled down on their Mexico production where hourly workers make less than a 3'rd of their US Counterparts. General Motors is still in existence because of government bailouts, and they just spit right in the face of the people that made them what they are. We should have let them die in bankruptcy court.
