Tremendous improvement over last 24 hours. Out of CICU with almost 3 liters of fluid drained off. Heart and liver enzyme levels are improving and stabilizing. No nausea or vomiting since yesterday morning at 7 AM. She's actually been able to eat 3 meals now and kept it down. I've had updates from 6 physicians in last 3 hours. Everything is trending positive. Will start weaning her off nausea meds and oxygen at some point. I'm not going to be relaxed until she is off oxygen, nausea stays gone and can walk a few laps on her own around the hospital wing.
Thanks for all the prayers and messages. Appreciated more than you realize.

Even better today. Eating well, no nausea. Walked a few laps around the wing. Still has chest tubes and on a powerful nausea med cocktail. Once those are taken out and meds reduced, we'll know if she's going to be good or need additional procedures or testing.

Well, my mom was discharged today and is home at my house. Walked in under her own power too. God is good!
