First, thanks for the prayers and well wishes for my mom's heart surgery and recovery last week. She was discharged from UAB on Friday. She's at my house for recovery. Was...in emergency room at UAB right now.
Recovery nose dived Saturday morning through today. Heart is fine, but she's had complications with her type 1 diabetes and severe nausea. Causing her to be unable to keep food and drink and medication down which makes keeping her blood sugar levels regulated a real challenge. On a insulin pump but We went from blood sugar levels of 497 which is through the roof high to 83 in a matter of 3 hours. Very dehydrated and periods of hallucinations
Going to be readmitted I imagine. Would appreciate more prayers for my mom. thanks!

Praying for her. I’m a type 1 as well and it’s hard enough keeping glucose levels under control with a cold something minor let alone surgery’s.
