we have 3 kids in our office, 25-27 years old. They have no clue as to manners such as the above, not eating correctly in front of guests or events etc. I listened to one guy tell someone on the phone to shut up and he'd call them back.....it was his Mom! We hired some firm to come in and teach a class because my HR department told me it could be considered harrassment if I yelled at them for being idots.
