I think he meant that the ticket was issued for a legally licensed self defense weapon, to which the law makes an exception.
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

Not familiar with having to have a permit for a handgun as a permit is not needed to own one here. I would think the enforcement officers on the WMA know that a properly licensed person with a loaded hand gun is not in violation of said law. Well at least I would hope he would.
