I understand wardens have broader powers than regular LEO's but I don't see how they can check your guns if you refuse. Wouldn't citizens be within their right to refuse?
They have broader powers only as it pertains to a place where game can be stored. That is the only way he was able to check the cooler. If there had a pound of meth in it and he went to court and said he was looking for beer, the meth would've been tossed out. If he had said he was looking for game, it would've been allowed..
