Fact: It makes no difference if they were drunk, high, or sober. The assailant committed sexual assault...one of the worst crimes known to humanity. Any minimizing or excusing his actions is appalling.
Most of the lawyers I've heard speak on the subject feel that this case minimizes the more serious cases.
