It is the concept of the police in general being more active in trying to solve this as well as the amount of time spent on this versus on more important problems in that city. That goes for any city. He stuck his balls on the guys head...foul and disgusting...yes...same as a guy dragging a woman down the alley and raping her? Not to me and it seems to me the time spent on this by the sex crimes unit would have been better spent on what I would guess are more serious sex crimes within that city. More serious sex crimes? Sure, that is precisely why they have different degrees of sexual assault. You are attempting to minimize his action just because he has on Alabama garb and the victim was an LSU fan. If it was your son or daughter I am sure you would feel differently.
