True that! One of my coworkers was down there that fri night attending some sort of convention. They took them to bourbon street and she told me about some 340lb transvestite in a string bikini coming up and rubbing on her as they walked thru the madness on the street. That crap happens all the time in nola but I guess since it wasn't caught on camera and posted to youtube, it ain't a crime. What the dude did was sick...but the good folks from LA were butt hurt from the game and this seems to be the best they can come up with to make themselves feel better.
Wrong. She could have pressed charges. Any unwanted sexual touching is criminal. If your friend felt threatened she was within her right to go straight to the nearest police officer. Apparently she didn't. Also this guy was unconscious, he didn't have the ability to report it to a cop. It is his fault for getting drunk, but that doesn't give a person the right to violate him.
