Guy could be on medication. By that video, all we know is a man is passed out. We don't know exactly why.
A good friend of mine has diabetes. One time when we all were at an event, his blood sugar got so low he was in a stupor. We had no idea other than "Wow, he's had 2-3 beers and nothing to eat." We didn't know he is diabetic.
Next day when I found out, I chewed his ass out for not telling someone. He could have died or gone into a coma.
Was LSUBaggee drunk? Probably. But by that video - the evidence - we don't know for sure.
