When I was in College the norm was a gun hanging in a gun rack in the back window of your truck and there were no problems or snowflakes. Feelings don't change my rights. Also, most likely each and every tenant on the lease is responsible for the total lease amount if the snowflakes move out, Pirnie would be able to sue them for their rent for the remaining lease term, unless they found someone to sublease to. Most people I talk to think we are insulated from it here in the south. Not true. Just like Bham is burning now with BLM protests. Just a matter of time.
