No doubt about it!

The NRA and the ACLU have partnered together in the past.

2. Why was her gun not secured (locked up so as not to be easily found)?

Although, as I typed that, I'm reminded of a time in college when I went to look at an apartment for rent. There was a current tenant, but he was moving out at the end of that semester. The landlord called him ahead of time to let him know we were coming so he could kennel his dog, which he did. So the landlord and I walk in, he's showing me around, and the guy had left his pistol, in its holster, on top of his dresser for all the world to see. He also had some hunting gear in the corner of his living room, along with his shotgun just standing there in the corner.

This fool, KNOWING that strangers were going to be coming in, left 2 different guns laying out in the wide open.

People are stupid.

When I was in College the norm was a gun hanging in a gun rack in the back window of your truck and there were no problems or snowflakes. Feelings don't change my rights. Also, most likely each and every tenant on the lease is responsible for the total lease amount if the snowflakes move out, Pirnie would be able to sue them for their rent for the remaining lease term, unless they found someone to sublease to.

Move out squeeling tires and tossing out beer cans as you hold a one finger salute out the window of your beater mobile or stay at Harvard, start driving a Beamer and become one of them. F’em this is the new segregation of those that want to be victims and “protected” by the nanny state from those that yearn for self reliance.

The hypocrisy and violation of rights is unreal.

Oh btw, this will be happening in our neck of the woods soon enough. Most people I talk to think we are insulated from it here in the south. Not true. Just like Bham is burning now with BLM protests. Just a matter of time.

Depriving of quiet enjoyment is a two-way street. Girl is legal, gun was legal, nothing other than possession in her own room. Snowflake safe space mentality at its finest. Her roomates and the landlord need to be taught a lesson on rights, equal rights.

Yep. I would make the landlord go through the whole eviction process. I would also make every effort to have the room mates arrested. I'd certainly reach out to the NRA and any news outlet that would listen. And I'd file suits against the landlord and the room mates. They might all win in the end, but I would make it as painful and troublesome as I possibly could for them in the process.
