I do not know if someone from out of state can participate. Sorry.

Maximum of 2000 tickets sold, not sure how many have been sold to date, nor how many were sold last year.

looks like only one pistol in the group which would be the only one needed to be shipped to an in state FFL if my knowledge of FFL rules is correct. All the others can be transferred across state lines I believe.

Yeah not sure what's going on. If I hear anything I will post. The only thing I can think of is school is out so whoever is in control of the website may not be there.
