So you’re ok with people illegally transporting deer parts into the state that could potentially be carrying CWD prions? I fail to understand this reasoning. It is VERY important to our resource that it be prevented from reaching our borders. I’d say more important than a few road hunters.
Matt, not trying to be rude, but I'm Pretty sure you aren't preventing anything. It's already here and has been. Probably for a long time. U test enough deer you are going to find it somewhere.
My opinion on cwd is no secret and it's an opinion. Just like everything your bosses put out.

So while myself and every other hunter is still battling road hunters and night hunters and corn throwers ect ect, apparently the TWRA and DCNR thinks they should be doing this. Ive seen them do this 2 years ago on the state line here. Was laughable really. While the tennessee wardens was standing in the back of their trucks I was having to patrol my own land for road hunters. And yes, the Bama wardens are right across the line doing the same.
Just my opinion.
