I think it's just above the red circle. Only thing I could possibly see as part of a deer was a possible antler above the red circle.....but there a few grass weeds with the same shape as the "antler" I see....

I see what looks like a buck and a doe standing just to the right of him. The doe is less pronounced. The buck is wide open. Most have missed it by a mile and the recent screenshots and circles don't even contain the deer in them (meaning the circle).

In the center horizontally just below where the horizon and directly below those two reeds that cross above the horizon. Slightly left and above Ms hunters spot.
