Would be hard to think River2Sea doesn't sue them for infringement, if R2S has a patent, similar to how Z-Man sued others who copied the Chatterbait. Like you, though, I'm not surprised someone knocked it off. The tackle industry is the biggest bunch of copy cats out there. Very little innovation and creativity in the industry. Someone comes out with something different and good and immediately the others jump on the bandwagon.
