I know many people who hunt out of state and don't even buy Tags or Licenses and some who come here and do the same. I hope they bust their asses!!!
And, the threat of CWD is real! The Regs are not hard to follow.....so do it.......or pay!

Alabama is going to ticket people who hunted in some unknown state for not having a license in that state?
No but Alabama will contact the state of the kill and turn the case over to them. We had this happen to some guys that hunted with us ONE TIME in Missouri., Our local GWs overheard them talking about the buck they killed was tagged by the landowner because they had already filled their tags. The GW contacted Missouri game and fish and informed them of what he heard. Missouri GW went met landowner and he sang like a canary. Missouri GW came down and them and local GWs went and found and confiscated the deer and issued citations to the guy who shot the buck. States work together on things sometimes.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.
