I think they should setup these boom lifts in all the neighborhoods and have them manned all the time so they can look down in your windows, your backyard, pretty much everywhere. And that's on top of the extensive camera system they should have in the neighborhoods that are recording everything from every angle all the time. Hell, they should just intercept and listen to all of our calls and make sure we aren't up to anything illegal and every conversation is on the up and up. Hell yeah, I hope the government gets all up in my business without any reason just b/c I have a big cooler in my backyard or in the back of my truck. Might as well just give em our guns while we're at it, let them make sure nothing out of the ordinary with them, may need to keep them for 3-4 years to clear them, not a big deal.

A guilty conscience can really cause a fellow to make an ass of himself.

That's a long stretch from a GW checking to see if the deer in a vehicle was killed legally. But that's just my opinion.

Typical...claim I'm guilty because I speak out against it. I haven't shot a deer in 5 years (it was processed and mounted in the same state it was killed in) or even gone hunting in over a year at all.

What if the bed of a feller's truck is full of empty beer cans? Can he be stopped on suspicion of DUI even though he's committed no moving violations nor is he weaving all over the road?

It would depend on if the cop is a dick. Most have common sense and won't bother the guy. Now if the cop saw him take a drink of the beer than he could stop him for suspicion of DUI.

But, I do happen to know and Trust someone involved with it. And, I know that they have heard all the ‘profiling’ and ‘Rights Infringement’ complaints and take them serious and are working to ensure that those things are not done.

Is this surveillance also being done on interstates or road coming out of Georgia, Florida and Mississippi? Seems the latter would be a definite since CWD is confirmed over yonder.

No but Alabama will contact the state of the kill and turn the case over to them. We had this happen to some guys that hunted with us ONE TIME in Missouri., Our local GWs overheard them talking about the buck they killed was tagged by the landowner because they had already filled their tags. The GW contacted Missouri game and fish and informed them of what he heard. Missouri GW went met landowner and he sang like a canary. Missouri GW came down and them and local GWs went and found and confiscated the deer and issued citations to the guy who shot the buck. States work together on things sometimes.
