I agree. Pull over every out of state 4 wheel drive truck crossing the state line. They're all criminals until they find nothing. Then they can go about their business as usual.

I know many people who hunt out of state and don't even buy Tags or Licenses and some who come here and do the same.
I hope they bust their asses!!!
And, the threat of CWD is real!
The Regs are not hard to follow.....so do it.......or pay!
My God, yall people will bitch about any and everything to do with Conservation Laws and Regulations. Wow am i the only one who sees something seriously wrong in this post?

Am I really the only person on Aldeer that thinks that GW's should be enforcing Conservation Laws and Regulations and that people should follow them??

Why is it always that GW’s are violating peoples rights? I can assure unless there is visable evidence of a dead deer you’d never know they were looking.
And you’d be surprised the folks that tell on their “buddies.”

Am I required to have personal experience with this to have an opinion? But actually, I have buddies hunting in Illinois legally right now and they aren't really clear on the best way to handle their caped out deer to get back home. They had no clue, I told them they should probably get them mounted up there. And no, I don't hate game wardens, I just hate it when the state shoves their noses all up in a private citizens business for no good reason and I think there are better things they could be doing with their time on the tax payer and license holders and corn baiter's dime.

When you get and sign the user permit, you are submitting to a search of all belongings while on the NWR. At least that's how they all are down here

There is nothing at all hard about the Regulation.
And, it is NOT new!
If they can figure out how to buy licenses, apply for Tags and properly check them in as per other States Regs.......then following AL's that says 'debone the meat, cape the deer and cut off the skull plate with the antlers attached. That skull plate must be thoroughly cleaned of all brain material before it is imported into Alabama' should be relatively simple for them!

Let me be clear. I have absolutely no problem with GW’s doing their job. I’m not going to comment on whether or not I agree with the laws in place. That is another discussion for another time. If these wardens are pulling people over because they physically see dead deer, I’m 100% ok with that. However, if these Gw’s are pulling people over that they think may have been hunting, then that’s bull crap.
