I know many people who hunt out of state and don't even buy Tags or Licenses and some who come here and do the same. I hope they bust their asses!!!
And, the threat of CWD is real! The Regs are not hard to follow.....so do it.......or pay!

Hell, just for fun I'll start off with the 4th and 5th amendment.
You don't want to hunt on a NWR. When you get and sign the user permit, you are submitting to a search of all belongings while on the NWR. At least that's how they all are down here
