My brother shot a buck in Illinois last week in the shoulder with a 2 blade rage. It only penetrated about 5" and completely tore up the broadhead. He did not find the deer.
I've mentioned on here before that they do real well and really increase recovery rates for gut shot deer, but are terrible if you hit heavy bone.
