Unfortunately, we did not. We looked 2 days. Took some locals with us that knew the neighbors land. We thought it was a liver hit at first, but blood was not as dark as liver blood should be. He knows he hit him high and back. After talking to some trackers and listening to how the deer reacted to the shot, we think it was a back strap hit. That’s what we hope now. All the deer dog trackers were booked and couldn’t get to us.
