I have been on his property a couple of times and what I saw I probably go with a dozer. A small older dozer like a JD 350 would do what he needs. Just take a little longer. Pond?? Not sure about the soil but sand on top. Got to find some clay to hold water. But, before that, if he is not a turkey hunter, he better learn quick! He's got the birds. Pretty place with a lot of potential and options.
In that case he needs an equipment operator (coach/trainer) and I just happen to be retired and available for turkey hunting..... Ahem, I mean working.
